As a firm of solicitors with branches across Leicestershire, we have used Protocol IT for our firm’s IT issues for many years, including supply of hardware, software, and IT support. Paul has been involved in, or managed, several network- and server-related projects for us. In the past, for example, he has managed the replacement of a key server and deployed a new firewall. Highlights include auto-population of template letters, auto-generation of LSC returns (5 minutes as oppose to hours manually), start to finish case-management with everything electronic and in one place, automated action triggers, and red fields for required information. Progress [Mediation] is intuitive and only basic technical skills are needed. The technical support is first rate; a prompt response, as  much time as you need, a can-do attitude, no techy-speak and nothing too much bother.

I've just done my end of month which is such a joy to complete now I have Progress [Mediation] and it enables me to focus more on ensuring everything has been claimed and reviewing my files as a whole.

Our business relies on Paul and has done for seven years. In that time, he has made himself available every single time we have needed his brains and IT help and he has never let us down.
