Social media is the interaction among people in which they create, share, and/or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks. However, keeping on top of all or some of the social media networks can be a huge headache when running a business.
Clearly there are a number of high profile articles in the press which have shown the damage that social media can do in the wrong hands or without the correct knowledge.
This training module aims to show which of the social media strands are worth investing in, and how to decide how much and what content should be used for your social media feeds.
The training will take the form of an interactive outline for each of the social media networks, narrowing down the selection to those considered essential for your business.
This is followed by a ‘hands on’ session, giving attendees the opportunity to create social media accounts, and start to dip their toes into the social media water.
