Progress Mediation – case management

Our current flagship online development case management system specifically for Family Mediation. All information relating to a divorce case is entered into the system. The software then enables all aspects of the case to be monitored and updated through the mediation process. Multi-user access enables different people to update the case as required.

We developed an the Progress Mediation online software as a fully integrated case management system incorporating:

1. Dynamic generating of letters to clients
2. Form generation for the Legal Services Commission
3. Integration with email to integrate attachments to the document management system
4. Calendar system for showing case information

Being an online application, it provides access to the case information from anywhere in the world.
