In 2012, an average of 201 were sent per person per month, an increase of one message a month compared with 2011. This is still an effective form of communication and therefore a key feature of our case management system for improving client communication. Here are some interesting figures provided by Ofcom 10th December 2013:

You can see there is a significant drop between the same period in 2012, however it’s still a hugely popular form of communication!
That’s why we put SMS at the heart of our system. By linking an online calendar directly with an automated SMS system, reminders can be sent at key time periods before appointments. This can lead to increased efficiency by decreasing the number of missed appointments.
