windows8_1Who buys a car without first having learnt to drive? However in our offices, we buy new computers installed with the latest operating systems and expect staff to know how to use them.

Microsoft has recently released its latest offering – Windows 8.1, and at the same time announced that support for Windows XP and Office 2003 will end from April 8th 2014. It’s inevitable that the old computers will start to be removed over the next couple of months, and be replaced with shiny new Windows 8.1 desktops. So how will your staff manage the transition?
