Property website
Developed a number of years ago, this site was designed specifically to act as a portfolio finder for new properties - and still provides the tools for quickly updating the site for new properties.
The design is mirrored on the requirements of the 'Find a property' website, enabling the information to be replicated onto both sites.
Each property has a photo uploaded to the web, along with property details. Search facilities are provided to enable users to search by a number of parameters from the database. With letting properties changing status a number of times over the course of a year, the property details can remain on the site, but just be hidden from the user. Then when the property becomes available, they can be simply switched 'live'.
