Progress Mediation

Our current flagship online developmemt case management system specifically for Family Mediation. All information relating to a divorce case is entered into the system. The software then enables all aspects of the case to be monitored and updated through the mediation process. Multi-user access enables different people to update the case as required.

We developed an the Progress Mediation online software as a fully integrated case management system incorporating:

1) Dynamic generating of letters to clients

2) Form generation for the Legal Services Commission

3) Integration with email to integrate attachments to the document management system

4) Calendar system for showing case information

Being an online application, it provides access to the case information from anywhere in the world.

Intellectual Property Portal

Developed as a tool for the Intellectual Property market, this tool provides a searching service.

For a single 'click' we search WIPO, Espacenet, EPO and US PTO databases and present you with the results. Since all the patent information is obtained from the official sites which are constantly updated, you are assured of accurate results.

The tool performs dynamic searches on multiple websites in order to obtain as many matches as possible for the search terms, and displays then to the user.

The number of 'free' searches is limited to 5, before registration is required.

Document Tracking System Portal

One of our clients requested a new method of integrating with an existing database with a new portal for accessing the documents.

We developed 'DOT's - as a means of providing staff with a quick interface for accessing online documents, and updating information associated with documents.

Built on a Microsoft Windows server, the application runs in PHP using online forms:

1) Enter the information

2) Select a PDF document to view

3) Generate reports on document information stored in the system.
