We've developed a simple option which enables you to handle the archive situation - without needing additional software. Since Outlook has become one of the defacto email tools, we've developed a tool that sits in Outlook and monitors your emails. It checks :

1. Aged emails
2. The status of an email
3. Categories assigned to an email

Based on individual settings for each user, you can choose when, where and what emails are moved to your network storage location. Whether it's emails 10days or 120days, it checks each email in turn and moves them if they exceed the aging period.
