We have been using a number of 3rd party remote control packages for years. However recently issues with the 3rd party software have caused connection issues when attempting to remotely connect and solve problems. Our new dedicated remote control software is linked directly to our offices.

Simply download the helpdesk program and this will launch the remote assistance - no installation of software required. This uses Ultra VNC installed on one of our servers to link remotely to your computer. The connection uses 128bit encrypted technology to ensure all communication is safety transferred across the internet.
